I am definitely not one for “typical tours”. This trip was an utterly rich, and wonderfully unexpected immersion into Vietnamese life. We had one unique and unsurpassed experience after another. Street foods and markets, cooking classes, making rice noodles and tofu, biking to coconut groves, rice fields and an organic garden, round boats, river cruise, vespa tour, water puppets, opera house, the beach… our days were filled with culinary and cultural experiences and unparalleled layers of insights and adventures. Monika did cartwheels to accommodate everyone’s needs. I highly recommend her tours for those who want an authentic experience… and fortunately, will never eat the same again!
