My husband , daughter and I went on Monika’s three country food tour and it was a trip of a life time. Monika ensured that we saw all the sites the best way, Vespa Tour of Ankor Wat, Verspa food tour of Siagon that included a incredible performance at a small coffee house and then at a happening bar, not to mention the food! We got to see how people live and eat, on our bike tours through the villages in Hanoi and Hoi An. In Cambodia we did a cooking class in an HIV village which was one of the most emotional experiences I have ever had. Theses children are now well and attend school thanks to Ben. Monika’s ability to ensure that you have diversity on you trip is exceptional. Even my daughter loved her time with all us old folks, she said it to was a trip she will never forget! Monika and Jean Ann you are the greatest. I have even made Pho and salad rolls since my return home. I would highly recommend this trip!
