My husband and I have travelled extensively throughout the world with some of the best travel companies such as Ambercrombie and Kent out of London. But the best was yet to come, our trip to Vietnam with Monika. Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia are simply amazing. Monika arranged everything from flights to transfers to hotels. A magical adventure without worries. We ate our way through Vietnam appreciating it’s fabulous cuisine. Meeting the local people, experiencing some of their traditional dishes. One day we took a dugout canoe down the river through the palm groves to a secluded village where we were introduced to a farmer and his family to select fresh vegetables from his garden for our cooking class… what an amazing day. Monika also arranged for trips to the beach, bicycling, fishing and hiking, we have beautiful photographs and lasting memories, hope to join the next tour in 2013.
